Buying white goods scares me, I feel like they tie me down.

An Esky was good enough for many years.

I just didn't want to buy a fridge, I thought it would tie me down.

My food was always bought fresh and the Esky fulfilled my need for fresh milk for my morning coffee.

I grieved a little the day I did finally take the plunge for the sake of convenience and have grown to love my little fridge which has moved with me many times and has the dents and scars to prove it.

I'm getting closer to buying my own home. . .

and I thought a fridge was scary.
